At *The Hardwood Collective*, every turkey call is handcrafted with precision and care. Most standard orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. However, please note that **custom orders require a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks** to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer both standard and expedited shipping through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days, while expedited shipping generally arrives within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders—check our website banner or checkout page for any current promotions.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow your package through the carrier's website. Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. We recommend contacting your local carrier in such cases.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include a description and clear photos so we can assess the issue and make it right.
